Our projects

Thanks to a joint partnership project with James Loeb Primary School in Murnau, Denchemouso Basic School in Atwima has been able to build a new toilet!

Together with the chocolate manufacturer Krönner and the company Herrmann Ratzinger, we were able to realise a well project in the Suhum region of Ghana.

Schoolchildren in Ghana and Germany have collaborated to create an ABC booklet and a 123 booklet so that they can learn together.

Modern classrooms enable better learning at the Ghanaian German School – with sustainable equipment and space for development.

To support the emergency services in our partner region of Atwima, a fire engine that had been decommissioned in Murnau but was still in working order was donated to Ghana.

In recent years, a lively student exchange programme has developed between schools in Murnau, Atwima and Ankobra, which has been hugely enriching for both sides.

The Gentle Souls Foundation is an association in our partner community of Atwima that gives girls and young women real prospects for independence and self-determination.
